Legal Disclosure

Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure

This page provides the statutory disclosures for paid offerings related to OnVault under Article 11 of Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, including paid apps, in-app purchases, and any future paid digital features. For address and telephone number disclosure, we follow the practical handling described in the Consumer Affairs Agency guidance: those items will be provided without undue delay upon request made through the contact email listed on this page.

1. Seller

Seller name: ELTA (sole proprietor: Akifumi Yoshimura)

Operations manager: 吉村 明史

2. Address and telephone number

Our address and telephone number will be disclosed without undue delay by email or another written method if requested by a customer.

Disclosure request email: [email protected]

When making a request, please include your name, contact email, relevant transaction, and the subject of the inquiry. We will respond within a reasonable period.

3. Contact information

Contact email: [email protected]

We generally handle inquiries by email. Product support, billing questions, refund consultations, and statutory disclosure requests are all accepted through this contact point.

4. Sales price

The sales price is the price shown on the App Store product page, checkout screen, or in-app purchase screen.

Pricing for the Japan storefront is displayed in accordance with Apple’s pricing system. Final tax-inclusive presentation is governed by the App Store interface and Apple’s display rules.

5. Additional charges borne by the customer

Internet connection fees, communication charges, electricity costs, and any other costs required for downloading, updating, purchasing, using, or contacting us about the app are borne by the customer.

If the customer uses external storage, backup tools, or third-party services in connection with the app, fees and charges for those services are also borne by the customer.

6. Payment timing and payment method

Payment timing is the time specified by Apple when the App Store purchase is completed or otherwise processed.

Payment is made through the payment method linked to the customer’s Apple ID or any other payment method offered by Apple. Billing operations, receipts, and charge processing are handled in accordance with Apple’s rules and systems. Purchase-status and entitlement restoration may also involve RevenueCat.

7. Delivery timing or service provision timing

A paid app becomes available for download from the App Store immediately after purchase completion.

In-app purchases, paid features, and other digital services are generally available immediately after successful payment, although activation may take time depending on network conditions, App Store processing, or device status.

8. System requirements and usage conditions

Supported operating systems, supported devices, required storage, and other system requirements are as shown on the App Store listing or otherwise displayed on this website.

OnVault is planned as an iOS application. We do not guarantee identical behavior, performance, OCR accuracy, or integration results across every device or operating environment.

9. Returns, cancellation, and refunds

Because the product is digital content, returns, exchanges, and post-purchase cancellation are generally not accepted once the purchase process is completed.

Except where a refund is required by law, refund eligibility and refund procedures are subject to Apple’s refund policy, App Store mechanisms, and Apple’s designated procedures.

10. Recurring billing and early termination

At present, the product is planned around a one-time purchase model. If auto-renewing subscriptions are introduced in the future, renewal timing, billing cycles, cancellation conditions, and other required information will be displayed separately on the App Store or on this page.

If an auto-renewing subscription is introduced, cancellation must be completed by the customer through Apple’s procedures, and timing of cancellation may affect whether the next billing cycle is charged.

11. Non-conformity, defects, and support handling

If there is a defect attributable to us, a purchase activation problem, failed billing reflection, or another issue attributable to our side, we will respond through a reasonable method such as updates, guidance on alternative measures, or case-specific support.

Except where required by law, we may not have a direct remediation duty for issues caused by device settings, operating system restrictions, network conditions, Apple-side incidents, RevenueCat-side incidents, or third-party services.

Ordinary communications for purchase verification, entitlement restoration, and optional diagnostics are not intended to send file contents, document images, image contents, full OCR text, search queries, or file names to our server.

12. Other sales conditions

License scope, usage rules, prohibited conduct, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and related legal conditions are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We may revise this page in response to legal amendments, changes in sales method, App Store specification changes, or other operational circumstances. Material changes will be notified appropriately on the website.
